Item Description and Usability:
· Premium Quality Compact Easy-to-Install H2O/Oil Waste Oil Fuel Heater/Filter Assembly Facilitates the Burning of Waste Oil As-You-Drive Instead of Using Diesel or BioDiesel.
· This Heater/Filter Assembly uses Waste Oil like used Engine (Motor Oil), Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fry Vegetable Oil, Compressor Oil, Blended Oils & Bio Diesel.
It will allow you to use recycled waste oil instead of .00/Gallon Diesel.
· The water-to-oil heat exchanger is a Low Pressure Drop/High Flow Unit with Multiple Aluminum Heat Transfer Plates for Maximum Heat Transfer. Waste Vegetable Oil, WMO, Fuel Oil, etc. always goes through the Filter that you supply.
· This unit provides superior heating/filtering in a compact size. With the 1 Quart 4u Baldwin 797 size filter the assembly stands only 10 1/2" tall overall 8" tall center line with a maximum foot print of 6 1/2"

Includes:
· Aluminum Fuel Heater
· 2 Port Horizontal Filter Mount Having Common 3/8" NPT Threads
· Two 3/8” ID Hose Barb x 3/8” NPT Solid Brass Fittings
· Two 3/8" and two 5/8" SS hose clamps
· (Unseen) 2 5/8" O.D. gasket
· (Unseen) ¾”-16 x 3 ½” nipple connector
Further Notes:
Connect with standard 5/8" ID Heater Hose to water pump & install in-line with 3/8" ID Fuel Line. Can be installed on suction or pressure fuel line (100 PSI Max). The heater is 360 degrees rotatable.
Installs in about an hour; some assembly required. You will need to apply thread sealant to the fittings and install fittings. Secure the assembly with included three 1/4" metal screws.

The Baldwin 4 micron BF797 filter is commonly available and reasonably priced from me or any Baldwin Dealer.
The kit can be used with many different filters including: FRAM XG8A, PH8A, PH16 (short) as pictured, AMSOIL Ea015, AMSOIL EaO42, Baldwin B2-HPG, Baldwin B7311-MPG Filters, FRAM PH3976A,etc!
